Having worked in many different capacities with the Royal Oman Police (ROP), Mr. Said has amassed over 21 years of experience in policing, investigation work, and in his last few years with the ROP, he worked with the administrative and financial corruption department. The experience he gained during his tenure with the ROP rendered him capable of ‘searching’, ‘tracking’ and conducting investigations with regard to legal cases.
He also has vast experience in business leadership and management in various sectors in the Sultanate of Oman. He has repeatedly proved his ability and skills in marketing and decision making thus helping Compass RSS to move forward with stability.
Hanaa heads our ‘Legal’ department utilizing her 9+ years of experience in her line of work. The in-depth knowledge she acquired as a trainee with the Oman Development Bank and academic credentials (Bachelor’s from Al Buraimi University, Certificate of Experience from Al Dhahera Institute of Administration training) has been of great use to the firm in taking strategic decisions promptly. Her prudent decision-making has received appreciation and she is revered by her subordinates and colleagues for her mentorship and problem-solving qualities.
Sultan embodies the ‘Young Blood’ amongst the supervisors. Under his guidance, the ‘Banks and Financial Institutions’ department has become one of the top-tier departments in the firm. His academic credentials (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants & ECL Degree from college of Banking and Financial Studies) have given him the skills that he applies in routine business practice methodically and efficiently. 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector (Omantel) and his knowledge and experience in the Marketing sector(DELL), makes him one of the best performers of the enterprise.
Saida is the core member of our ‘Collection’ department. She has excelled in using diplomacy in her business practice and professional life to a great extent in order to become a fine collection officer. Her wealth of experience as a coordinator for Mazoun Establishment for General Trading & Contr. allowed her to do so by adding to her knowledge of the field. ‘Dedication’ & ‘Professionalism’ are qualities that she lives by and she believes that they can enable anyone to achieve their goals.
Dalia received her Bachelor’s degree from Egypt and she now works as a Collection Officer owing to her vast experience in the Marketing & Sales sector working as a Sales Representative with Jawharat Al Hadd Trading Company. She has maintained a successful track record since 2014. She has proved to be a remarkable asset to the company and as a consequence of her dedication and hard work, her performance in various divisions has been exemplary.
Malouk received her Bachelor’s degree in IT and Networking sector from the Higher College of Technology, Oman. She acquired her Diploma in Human Resources Management & Growth Training Services certified by Boston University. Possessing valuable experience in the field of Networking and Computer Programming renders her capable of providing outstanding support to the IT and Networking related activities on the premises. She currently occupies the position of ‘IT Support & Collection Officer’. She has a strong and positive work ethic that is evident from the quality of her work.
Abdu Raoof oversees coordination of all the departments to ensure the sustained growth of the company. 6+ years of experience in the Financial, HR & Business Administration sectors accompanied with his academic achievements of Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calicut University has rendered him capable of implementing and maintaining a suitable ERP System for the company and to maintain unparalleled professional business communication between the departments. His proficiency in more than five languages has been a key contributor to his career growth.
